The desire of the Tattnall County Commission is to restore the building to its historical past. This includes exterior and interior restoration in addition to recreating its primary feature, the bell tower. The 25,000 S.F. Courthouse is a three-story structure and includes a Courtroom, Jury Assembly, Hearing Room, and various offices and meeting spaces. The exterior materials are brick, glass, and cast stone trim.
