THE FIRM

MARTIN, RULE & ASSOCIATES found its beginnings in 1960 as Edwin C. Eckles, AIA Architect.  Bernard Martin and John Rule acquired the firm in 1990 and the name was changed to Eckles, Martin and Rule Architects, PC.  In 2005, Stan Smith and Frank D’Arcangelo joined the firm as junior partners and the name changed to MARTIN, RULE & ASSOCIATES .

The Company consists of three Architects, one Intern Architect, three Technical Draftsmen and one Office Manager. Through individual talents and Team efforts, we strive to produce Aesthetic buildings that fit the Functional and Budgetary needs of our clients.

Our primary areas of work are Education and Government Offices. However we have considerable experience in facilities for Churches,  Utility Companies, Elderly Care Institutions, Business and Retail. Some notable projects recently completed or in progress are:
