Eckles, Martin & Rule Architects add new partners,
change name to:
Martin, Rule & Associates Architects LLC

After 15 years of service to the city of Statesboro, Bulloch and surrounding counties Eckles, Martin & Rule Architects PC has changed its name to Martin, Rule & Associates Architects LLC. (The Family Skills Center) from 2001-04. Smith brings to the firm his architectural experience in building design, construction documents and model building.

Frank D'Arcangelo graduated from The Savannah College of Art and Design in 2003 with a Masters of Architecture, and was recognized as one of three Outstanding Students of Architecture. He has lived in Statesboro since 1999 with his wife Lissa Leege. They have one son Micah (2). D'Arcangelo joined the firm in 2000 and started full time in 2003. D'Arcangelo has been a member of the Statesboro Regional Arts Association since 1999 and was president of the association from 2003 to 2005. D'Arcangelo has an artistic background through which he brings to the firm experience in building design, construction practices and graphic presentation.

Smith and D'Arcangelo are both Associate Members of the American Institute of Architects.

Through the addition of the new partners Stan Smith and Frank D'Arcangelo, Martin, Rule and Associates Architects LLC is committed to providing full design and construction related services in Statesboro and surrounding communities for years to come.
