Fair Road Professional Center - Statesboro, GA

Fair Road Professional Center is a 18,300 sq ft two story building designed as a medical office complex.  It is the first of three buildings designed to fit on the 10 acre site.  A pre-engineered metal building system was used as the structure to maintain a column free interior.  The exterior of the building is clad with brick, aluminum store front and metal siding over steel studs.

Completed in 2004

Phase Two of the Fair Road Professional Center is a 15,000 sq ft facility with the same style and construction as phase one
