Southern Manor Assisted Living is a 14,500 sq. ft. 33 bed facility located in Statesboro, Georgia. Martin Rule & Associates Architects designed and provided contract administration for the construction of a 2,500 sq. ft. addition in 2000 and a 3,700 sq. ft. addition in 2004. The two additions added 14 bedrooms, a beauty salon, a common area kitchenette, a laundry room and a vaulted ceiling activity room with natural light from the six sided cupola. The 2004 addition created a courtyard that is used as an outdoor gardening area for the clients.
