Ogeechee Technical College, Master Plan
Martin Rule & Associates provided technical assistance to develop the Capital Improvement Plan for 2002. The plan shows the potential development of 40+ acres on two different sites with four new buildings, parking and site improvements. The firm has also been involved with the Ogeechee Technical College Master Planning for 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006.
