The first floor commons area includes a reception desk, administration area, great room, buffet set-up space, pantry, sitting area with an E-space, and a conference room. The structure and roof trusses are of wood construction with fiberglass shingle on an 8:12 slope. Exterior finishes include, simulated dry stack stone, lap siding, and Exterior Insulated Finish System.
